Chao Zong Style Steamfish 朝宗蒸鱼

Ingredients
 600 g (Any Fish you Like)
 80 g Minced Ginger
 80 g Minced Garlic
 1 Red Chili
 1 Stalk Green Onion
 Black Bean
Seasonings
 Chicken Stock Powder
 Sugar
Preparation

Prepare and cut all the ingredients.

Blanch the minced ginger and garlic. Drain and set aside.

Method

Pre-heat the oven, put in the fish and steam for 8 minutes.

Heat up some water in a pot, add the fish gravy ingredients and bring to a boil. Strain into a bowl.

Heat up a pot of oil to fry garlic and minced ginger until a bit golden in colour. Drain and set aside.

Heat up some oil in a pan, add spring onion, chili, and black bean to saute until fragrant. Then, add the fried garlic, fried ginger, sugar and chicken stock powder to stir evenly.

At last, drizzle over the steamed fsh with fsh gravy and mixture. Serve.
