20 dried Longan
5 Red Dates

Mix well the smooth tofu and glutinous rice flour until it become dough and roll in to ball shape.
Pressure Cooker Cooking Method

Add the sweet ginger tea ingredients into the pressure cooker and Press “Soup” button.

After pressure fully release, pour in all the Glutinous rice ball cook until it float, ready to served.
